George and Jerry wants the same apartement. They try to solve the conflict by flipping coins. Later they "choose" for it. I am not familiar with the choosing "game", but over at Stan the Caddy it is explained like this:
Basically, one person chooses even, the other chooses odds. Then each player has the option of "shooting" out one or two fingers. If both players shoot out the same number of fingers (1-1 or 2-2) even wins. If the two players shoot out a different number of fingers (1-2 or 2-1) odds wins.
This hilarious scene is from the episode The Robbery (season 1). Luckily for us, George didn't get less neurotic in the following seasons!
